Understanding yourself and others is an interactive 6 week group that will run on Sunday mornings for an hour and half.
Each week builds on the last week deepening your experience as you learn the tools and techniques to understand yourself and others on a deeper level.
Learn better communication skills that will translate to happier relationships.

Please note: this group is not suitable for couples to join together its preferred if one person can join and other can possibly join the next group.
