Gently move your body to the rhythm of your breath.

Let the chorus of frogs and the soothing vibrations of the moon gong lull you into a deep relaxation, dissolving tension and quieting your mind.

Mats, blocks, and blankets are all provided to support you in your practice, there is no need to bring a thing.

Stay after class for a herbal tea before you head off home to have an absolutely deep and restorative sleep.

This practice is suitable for all ages and levels of experience. It is not about challenge or competition, but about a deep restoration and self-nurturing.
