Bio

Claire is excited to be able to share her passion for all things mindfulness and movement with the Restful Waters community.

With a background in dance and sports science, she found yoga to be a ‘no-brainer’ when it comes to movement that is good for the mind, body and soul.

With training and experience in a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Chair Yoga, Claire now enjoys introducing people to the benefits of yoga and meditation with creative feel-good flows and mindfulness practices.
