Heidi has been a student of yoga since 1997 and teacher since 2006. She has explored the various lineages of Yoga and has studied, practiced and sat with some of the best teachers in the world spanning Sydney, India, New York, Bali and Perth.
She has devoured books, filled notebooks and clocked up thousands of hours teaching in clinical, corporate, studio, ashram and Buddhist retreat settings.
Having worked internationally as a corporate executive, she teaches from a place of experience and intuition, offering a thoughtful and uplifting class that combines hatha, yin and restorative long hold poses. Her classes are designed to build internal warrior strength, combining subtle mind body nuances to bring awareness back to the breath as the vehicle to quieten the mind, drive movement and inspire calm and balance.
