Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes

Thank you for considering our retreats. We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness for all participants. Please find the details below:
To avoid any charges or deductions, we kindly request that you cancel your class reservation at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
If you have booked a class using a pass or class pack, and fail to cancel your reservation within the specified 30-minute window, a class credit will be deducted from your pack as per our policy.
Cancellation 4 or more days prior to the event:

  • You have the option to receive a refund, credit for the event or be transferred into another event.

Cancellation within 3 days of the event:

  • Cancellation within this timeframe will result in the full fee being charged. However, in certain cases, where feasible, you may have the opportunity to swap into another event at the discretion of the centre manager. Please contact us regarding this.
  • If you can find a replacement for your spot or if we have someone on the waitlist who can take your place at the time of cancellation, we can provide a full credit or refund.

All Workshops and Wellness Events

One Day Retreats

Cancellation 8 or more days prior to the retreat:

  • We can offer a credit, valid for 12 months, towards a future retreat (subject to availability) or swap you into another event of your choice.
  • Alternatively, we can refund your payment, deducting a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the retreat:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refund or credit.
  • If you can find a replacement for your spot or if we have someone on the waitlist who can take your place at the time of cancellation, we can provide a full credit or refund.
Cancellation 28 or more days prior to the retreat:

  • We can offer a credit, valid for 12 months, towards a future retreat (subject to availability).
  • Alternatively, we can refund your payment, deducting a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 28 and 14 days prior to the retreat:

  • We can either offer you a credit on your account, valid for 12 months, with an administration fee of $200 deducted, or refund 50% of your fee.
  • If you can find a replacement for your spot or if we have someone on the waitlist who can take your place at the time of cancellation, we can provide a full credit or refund.

Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the retreat:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refund or credit.
  • If you find a replacement for your spot or if we have someone on the waitlist who can take your place at the time of cancellation, we can provide a full credit or refund.

Overnight Retreats

Please note that Restful Waters will provide a full refund if, for any reason, we are unable to run the retreat.
