Restful Waters was founded in 2017 with the vision of becoming a wellness centre that the people of Perth could find sanctuary in.

Our modern lives can be so chaotic, as though we are constantly operating on fast forward. We wanted to create a space where you could slow down, rest and find peace which is also surrounded by nature and water.

That vision is now a reality. It is our pleasure to welcome you to Restful Waters Wellness Centre, a gorgeous studio on a 10-acre avocado orchard in the Perth Hills.

We hope that you enjoy our classes, courses, events and counselling services, and that they become a staple in your life to support your long-term health and wellbeing.

We are a wellbeing, spiritual, mindfulness and health and wellness centre.

Meet the Founder

Vishrant is an Australian born spiritual teacher who has dedicated his life to raising consciousness in all who are interested. He teaches a Buddhist way of life which he calls ‘the way of the heart’.

Vishrant’s enquiry into the true nature of existence began as a teenager in the early 1970’s, leading him into spiritual practices and a life of service. Awakening occurred for Vishrant in 1999 and he has been in ongoing service to the community for 18 years.

All our events and retreats are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners. Your event facilitator will guide you through the practice and offer alternative options if you require them.

On your first visit to Restful Waters, it is advisable that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your event/retreat to fill in a release form and discuss any questions or injuries with your event facilitator.

All equipment is provided at the centre for yoga, Pilates and meditation, so you do not need to bring a thing, although if you would like to, you are welcome to.
