Information for Classes and Courses

Here are some answers to the questions we are most often asked:

New to Classes?

All our classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners. Your instructor will guide you through the practice and offer alternative options if you require them.

On your first visit to Restful Waters, it is advisable that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your class to fill in a release form and discuss any questions or injuries with your instructor.

All equipment is provided at the centre for yoga, Pilates and meditation, so you do not need to bring a thing, although if you would like to, you are welcome to.

We have plenty of free parking onsite at 64 Canns Road, Bedfordale.

Health & Safety

Please read carefully and follow our centre’s COVID-19 Safety Plan to ensure our mutual wellbeing.

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak to our instructors.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are distracting to both instructors and students.

We ask that you to please turn your phone off or to switch them to flight mode and leave them with your belongings to the side of the room.

If you have a life situation that requires you to have your phone on and with you at all times, please inform the instructor before your class.

Please leave your shoes at the designated pigeonhole area as you walk into the centre.
