Our planet Earth vibrates with the cycles of life, which are created, sustained and then dissolve. When we connect to this process, by honouring the seasons, we can experience the varying qualities of time in synch with nature, and in doing so, we assist our life to flow with greater ease.
Winter is a time that slows us down and guides us into restorative rest. It’s a time to go inward and tend to your heart. A time to tune our awareness inward and listen to the wisdom of the body.
Join Diane Jones in a serene evening to welcome in the change of season.
* Enjoy the practice of Restorative Yoga, a restful practice where yoga poses are held for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.
* Be guided towards the deep stillness that lies within, with a winter meditation
* Participate in a beautiful closing ceremony to welcome in winter
* Connect with a community of likeminded people over a light supper of hot soup and crusty bread and enjoy nourishing and uplifting conversation.
Our mini retreat offers you a space to relax into stillness and support your body’s need for rest and rejuvenation.
