Finding Heart through Nature
Description
Join our Listening with the Heart Retreat to find out what truly inspires you and how you can cultivate this joy into your daily life.
We will begin the retreat by gently moving the body with some relaxing Hatha yoga suitable for all (chairs available for those who would like them for the practice).
Following the yoga practice, a morning tea will be provided along where you can share a yarn, a cuppa and some laughs with the other retreat participants!
We will then take some time out to observe the beautiful flora and fauna outdoors around us and the foundations that support not only the natural but ourselves as well.
We don’t want to give away all of the surprises but you can expect to be taken on a journey using amazing tools such as breathwork, meditation, sound and nature immersion, a delicious luncheon, sharing sessions and ending with an always inspirational closing ceremony.

Create art inspired by nature: Paint, draw, sculpt. Immerse yourself in nature: Go camping, hiking or bird watching. Read about nature: Dive into literature and poetry.
