All levels welcome, from first time beginners to experienced practitioners.

The new moon, provides us with a threshold to let go of things that no longer serve us and welcome new beginnings.

This part of the lunar cycle is considered to be a good time to set intentions with sincerity on what you’d like to grow and flourish within your life, be it spiritual, professional, personal, physical or emotional.

The stillness and quietness of a yin yoga practice in an insightful and restorative way, is conducive to helping us move inwards to create space in which we can slow down, rest and re-gather our energy and focus.

As we stay in the stillness and silence, we allow the stirrings of our deeper thoughts and desires to surface and to be heard with clarity.

The new moon is a wonderful time to plant ‘seeds of intention, from these inner stirrings and allow our creativity to nourish and grow during the lunar cycle.
