Conscious Movement & Sacred Geometry Drawing Retreat

Explore new pathways for self-connection and deepen your sense of belonging to the world around you with conscious movement & the mindful art of Sacred Geometry Drawing.

This half day retreat begins with a guided slow flow yoga practice in gorgeous lakeside studio, Restful Waters. Through gentle flowing movement and breath work, experienced yoga teacher Claire South will guide you away from the busy pace of everyday life and invite you to ‘come home to yourself ‘.

Whether you are discovering yoga for the first time, or have a regular practice, the yoga practices in this retreat will bring your awareness into your body, creating space for you to feel calmer and more present for your next activity…

After some nourishing light refreshments, continue to the drawing room to discover the world of Sacred Geometry. Local artist Cale Hosking from Seven Sphere Creations will guide you through an introduction to Sacred Geometry. You will learn how timeless geometric codes exist within us, all around us, and form the fundamental templates for life in the universe, all while playing with a compass and a pencil to craft your own drawing!

Finally, you will have the opportunity to join a guided meditation practice and integrate your experiences in the still and peaceful surroundings of Restful Waters.

This one-of-a-kind retreat is not to be missed!
