Bio

Chris teaches safe, accessible and functional somatic movement based on modern sports science.

Chris has over 40 years experience of personal practice including the study of qi gong, yoga, Chinese martial arts, meditation and strength and conditioning coaching.

Chris has a friendly open and relaxed workshop style, encouraging active enquiry and self-actualisation using the internal skills of interoception and proprioception.
