Bio

I am a passionate yoga therapist in training to be accredited end of next year, I am dedicated to helping individuals find healing, balance, and well-being through the transformative power of yoga.

My approach integrates traditional yoga practices with modern therapeutic techniques to create personalised programs that support physical, mental, and emotional health.

Yoga therapy is a holistic, individualised practice that uses postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness—to address specific health concerns and unique needs of each person, whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, dealing with stress or anxiety, or seeking to improve overall well-being.

My Qualifications:

I have completed 500hrs of yoga teacher trainings and I am half way through an additional 800hr course which once completed I’ll be an accredited yoga therapist with the AIYT. So far I have completed modules in anatomy, therapeutic yoga techniques, and mindfulness practices. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, I have learnt to assess individual health challenges and craft yoga-based interventions that support healing and wellness.
