Be surrounded by a natural sanctuary as you journey through this 8 week course with balance and clarity. Take time out to experience moment-to-moment presence and put yourself in the driver’s seat of your own health and emotional wellbeing.

The course outline is 18 Forms Shibashi Qigong.

Shibashi qigong focuses on muscle toning and strengthening the tendons and ligaments to promote elastic force and a whole body connection.

You will also practice breathing exercises to help you maintain your calm through your day to day life.

Continue to stay connected with flowing postures and your creative nature. You may find that creativity is more easily available to you in the slow, graceful, relaxed three dimensional movements that the sequences activate from within!

Chris will guide you in meditations and different sequences each week that will help quieten the mind to allow for an even deeper sense of relaxation.

This course is safe and gentle and suitable for everyone and everybody.
